GLP Certificate
Quality Assurance
At EEL, the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) Principles of
Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) are applied to the studies on human and veterinary drugs.
Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) is a quality system concerned with the organisational
process and the conditions under which non-clinical health and environmental safety
studies are planned, performed, monitored, recorded, archived and reported.
We have an extensive set of SOPs, which are updated regularly to improve quality and to reflect all relevant local, European and global regulations.
Staff at EEL is trained on an ongoing basis and some training is mandatory for all. All training is documented on training records and CVs. Annual training plans are prepared, and followed.
Our QAU Manager is responsible for maintaining the Quality system, representing EEL in
case of sponsor audit, and performing external audits.
To maintain our internal quality, we make and follow an annual audit plan for the projects.
